Whew, the Fricanos are God sent!!! John and Janelle made a very difficult and long real estate transaction effortless with their knowledge, attention to detail, and helpfulness. They were very attentive, hard working, friendly and funny. Their expertise is second to none. I really cannot say enough good things about them. John went above and beyond, he really did so much for us and we are eternally grateful. I highly recommend the Fricanos especially and specifically, if you want an amazing, easy and pleasant house selling or buying experience. I will definitely be back when I buy another house (or sell). Really cannot thank you both enough!

These wonderful folks helped us sell property that has been in our family since the mid 1960s - it was stressful not living near the Cape Coral area, but John and Janelle made the whole experience comfortable and kinda fun.
