I am enjoying my new house with great pleasure thanks to the diligence and professionalism of Florida's Finest Property Management staff. They kept a great communication and following up of issues at all times. They responded immediately and with great kindness to all my questions and concerns. We (we live in Michigan)had Floridas Finest as our turn key Cape Coral investment rental property Management Company and was extremely disappointed with their job performance.Our rental home got hit by Hurricane Ian and suffered some minor damage which we took care ofI had asked them to recommend a lawn maintenance company and decided to use their recommended companyFloridas Finest visually inspects the property 4 times a year and posts the pics on the portal as part of their service, although they did not execute this till after 6+ months (and my questioning or where are current inspection photos and info) and they had noted no issues with the propertythe pictures were of the interior of the propertywe decided to sell our property in June of 2023 and our realtor went out to the property to photograph and inspect the property. We were shocked when we saw photos of the yard with large areas of grass covered in large pieces of shingles from Hurricane Ian 9 months prior, the lawn maintenance company just mowed over the shingles? Palm tree leaves and coconuts littered the lawn. I called FLORIDAS finest to discuss and try to understand HOW this could Be which led to an interesting conversation: I told them I paid them to manage the property and overseeing the exterior maintenance was part of agreementtheir response did not contain an apology or we will get it taken care of and was quite argumentativemy wife and I were not impressed with this companyBEWARE!
