Dennis and Claudia are wonderful hosts and property managers. Our stay at Villa Sunset in Cape Coral was a great one. The house was very nice and looked exactly like the photos. It was extremely clean and everything was as it should be. Beautiful clean pool and the view of the canal and sunsets were spectacular. I would not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again. They were very polite and professional and went the extra mile. Thank you very much for a great vacation.

Casa Nova is a big well laid out home. More than comfortable for my family of four. Clean. The kitchen had everything to stay comfortably. Plenty of linens. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. My wife loved the bed because it slept warm. With the ceiling fan on it was comfortable for me too. Garage access with the overhead door remote was really nice. It made getting in and out of the house easier and kept the van out of the sun. Check in/check out was easy too.

Family loved.this place! Very clean and inviting. House was new and beautiful. Kids loved the hot tub and pool!. Dock to the canal was a plus, we saw turtles, fish, ducks, etc. Home is a short drive to the beaches too. Communication was excellent with the management team. They were very polite and welcoming! We would definitely stay at this home again and with this management team!! Loved every minute!

We had a great experience from mid January through the end of March at Awesome Sunrise. Check in was easy and Dennis met us the next morning to answer any questions and explain the pool system. He was readily available via text throughout our stay although we rarely needed him. There was a problem with one of the A/C units that he had repaired within two days even though new parts were needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked compared to other homes that we have rented. Dennis indicated that there were other things that he could provide for us but we didnt really need anything. Electric charges were extra but that was very clear on line and in the rental agreement. He did lower our charges because he felt that the A/C problem increased electricity usage. I felt that this was very fair. Overall couldnt be happier with our experience.

We rented Villa Desirade in January and February of 2023. The property was just beautiful. It was very clean, well decorated, warm and welcoming. The communication between us, owner Claudia and Property Manager Dennis could not have been better. They both responded quickly to email and text. Dennis was very helpful with any questions we had over out time there.
