        We have been coming to Cape Coral for over 8 years. Florian and his team are incredible. Check in is a breeze. He is always available and checked in regularly . Florian helps make your stay even more enjoyable.

        This property was absolutely amazing! The home was the cleanest of any rental we've used in Cape Coral and the photos were identical to the home. The setting was on a quiet canal with mangroves across and large palms for privacy on each side. Fully stocked kitchen, great appliances and new furniture, beds and bedding. We visited this year with our adult children and used the pool and hot tub throughout the stay, played games on the oversized kitchen table and cooked many meals together in the open kitchen and on the Weber patio grill. We met the property manager, Florian, the first day. What a great touch to have this introduction and contact throughout our stay. Many thanks to the owners and property management for sharing this incredible home. Todd & Tracy Boekeloo
