I used this company for 8+ years to clean my pool. I always needed to remind them to clean out the filter, and that I wanted to replace the filter each year. When Hurricane Ian hit, I asked them for a recommendation for a pool pump/pool tank maintenance professional. Their recommended company, Pool Network, came out and gave me a quote for a pump. I knew I also needed new knobs, the salt box was hanging off the side of the house, and the PVC was old and weathered. We agreed on a price and they put in a new pool pump without replacing the knobs, PVC, or the salt box, and told me I needed a $5,200 heater, as well. I got a second opinion on the pool heater, and was showed how the breaker was put in upside down. No need for a new pool heater. After this, I was upset and called Pool Cleaners Express to complain and threatened to cancel my pool service with them. They calmed me down, The Pool Network came out and fixed the knobs and I decided to go with a different maintenance company. Suddenly, my pool was no longer being cleaned. I realized after a couple of weeks, there were some leaves in the pool and I hadn't received a bill. They just stopped coming. It's unfortunate that we couldn't end our long-standing business relationship on a better note. I wouldn't recommend them. They have to be reminded to clean the filter, they arrived at different times, so I never knew when to lock the dogs in the house, and they tried to make extra money from the sale of a pool heater. I'm so disappointed.
