Aztec Plumbing & Drains

My wife made an appointment yesterday to have the waterline to the refrigerator replaced. He was given a 5 hour window from 8a to 1pm. No one showed or called as of 1:15pm. When my wife called the office and talked to the same lady as yesterday, she said " oh, we have you for later today as a PM appointment." But didn't give us a newtime. We've used Aztec for a lot around our house. But, after today, never again. Wasted our whole day waiting on them. Ended up calling another plumbing company in Cape Coral.

Had a water leak that flooded the master bedroom. Called Aztec plumbing the next day and they told us the situation of the age of the water lines and gave us solutions to fix the problem. This was on Tuesday and had a big party scheduled for Saturday with over 30 guests at the house. Decided to do a whole house repipe with the age of the lines. Aztec went above and beyond to get the job completed with inspections and the drywall repair by Friday. Workers were extremely friendly and professional unlike the city inspector that seemed like he was in a rush. They did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues that people may have. Thank you Aztec plumbing.

It is 9pm and Jason from Aztec just left. A late night for him, but he was willing to do it to get us a new water heater the same day we called. He was professional and friendly and did a great job, even hauled away the old unit and cleaned up. Highly recommend Jason and Aztec!
