Kindness, compassion, understanding and efficiency - those are the descriptions of what I experienced from the moment I made the first call and then walked into the office of Christopher Smith. What I suspected may be too small, no matter if I was in the "right," they took it seriously. Once I provided what they requested, they took charge. Unlike a similar situation over 20 years ago that ended in the attorney dropping the case after 4 years of waiting and hoping, Chris, his wife, Andrea, and their assistant, Angelique, moved forward, contacting me with questions as needed leaving me to move forward with less downtime from work so I could pay my other bills. In just over a year I had a settlement that covered substantially more than I had hoped for and provided me with great relief. My "shattered life" is almost back to normal because they cared enough to do an excellent and efficient job!!! In September 2021, my 2 year old daughter and I were involved in an accident. Thankfully, my little one was unharmed, but me on the other hand, I was left with multiple back injuries leading to a surgical procedure. Andrea, Ada, and their team at the Cape Coral office stopped at nothing to make sure that I felt supported and did everything they could to walk us through the process to begin the journey. They were met with many roadblocks when dealing with the various insurance companies, but they persisted. We are extremely grateful for all of the hard work and dedication they gave in order to make sure that we were taken care of. Thank you to everyone at the Cape Coral office for your tireless efforts to helping finalize everything! I would highly recommend anyone that is in need of assistance to reach out, they were amazing!
