I am new to Cape Coral and I called to get a price for dip. I was told $45. When I got there not only were the people unfriendly but the gal who finally started working on my nails cut them off completely but for a tiny point on each finger! I was mortified and thought maybe I got the new gal. I told her that that was not the style I had when I came in, and she argued with me. I finally showed her a picture on my phone and she relented and put new nails on and shape them similar to what I had when I walked in the door. She was not pleased with me and kept shoving my hand away toward the drying machine rather than being polite and admitting she had made an error. No harsh words were spoken but the treatment towards me was so disrespectful. When I went to pay she charged me $55. I told her I was quoted $45 and so the manager came over and said it would be five dollars for shaping them and another five dollars for putting new nails on! I told her that she wouldnt of had to put new nails on had she not cut all but the tip of each nail off! I also mentioned that she never said anything about add ons on the phone and she lied to me and said she did! Totally not true, so beware about that before you go if you risk it. The Technician that worked on me took a personal phone call and left me sitting there and a few minutes later did a wax for somebody while I continued to wait for her to return. Other workers sat around doing nothing. I was there an hour and 22 minutes! I firmly but kindly told the manager that I was treated so rudely that I would not be returning with my daughter and granddaughter when they come to visit me in two weeks, nor would I ever return. She didnt even apologize. . By the way I gave her $5 for the shape but not the new nails and she was fine with that because she knew I was right. So disappointing.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. Got a polish change for $15 plus tip and the woman didn't file or trim the nails just threw on the polish. Definitely won't be a go to for me. One and done.
