Im extremely disappointed. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there on hair extensions & upkeep. I had an appointment yesterday. No one showed up. I called the shop owner who does my hair several times went straight to voicemail. I texted her several times without response. Still have not gotten a response. I went somewhere else. Purely poor customer service.

Christa was absolutely amazing!!! I get really scared of anyone touching my hair, and it's been a long time since I could trust someone with my hair. I finally found her, and I highly recommend Christa. She's the owner, and I can see why. She's very knowledgeable and taught me things I didn't even know and explained everything in detail for me to understand. I just can't say enough about Christa. Like I said, she's absolutely amazing, and if you want a great experience and look even more beautiful, try this salon out. You will not regret it at all. I will definitely be coming back Thank you, Christa, for making me look beautiful and feel good about myself

Im extremely disappointed. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there on hair extensions & upkeep. I had an appointment yesterday. No one showed up. Hi Teresa, Here is a public timeline of events since you threatened me to post bad reviews all over the place. I had a two week pre-planned trip to Greece with my family. I spoke with you on March 6th to squeeze you in for an adjustment of your hair before I left. You canceled because you were sick. I let you know that I would not be able to see you until April 9th at 11:30 because I would be out of the country. If you needed anything in between Nick could service you. You then showed up on April 3rd while I was out of the country and sent me a bunch of upset texts and voicemails. In Greece I have zero access to my phone number… I had a different SIM card. You then told me I still should have called you back unless I'm dead or in a coma. Like I said, I didn't have any access to my texts or calls only Instagram and WhatsApp so I didn't have any of your missed communication for an appointment that didn't exist. I have never treated you poorly as a client as I value all of my clients and I thought texting you would resolve this misunderstanding but clearly not. So I wish you luck, life is too short! ❤️
