I recently bought my first house if it wasnt from the help of JB Broughton and Lynn Torres thank you guys!! I highly recommend Island Coast mortgage!! such a great team of incredible people. Their customer service quality is great. The experience I had was super stress free and smooth with the process they make you feel very comfortable and explain everything details by details so if your looking forward to buying a home I once again recommend ISLAND COAST MORTGAGE is the way to go!!! JB and Lynn are the best! When I first reached out to JB, I had no hope left. Our landlord was selling our home and we were desperate to find a place to live, but everyone kept turning us down because I had messed up my credit during a bad divorce. I thought we were going to be homeless, which was crazy since we make good money. But JB told me exactly what to do and I did it. He actually told me I was one of the easiest people he had ever worked with because no matter what he and Lynn asked for, I gave it to them right away. I appreciated that because other mortgage brokers had just turned their backs when I asked for help. My situation was especially tricky, but JB and Lynn were patient and kind. They explained everything and answered my questions on weekends and at night. We closed on our house a little over a week ago. I couldn't be more thankful to them both.
