As a regular J-Mike customer, it used to be fun. Now, it's become robotic spouting of RULES, lecturing older customers, and zero compassion. The food is still great, but, the task force/ unyielding with power issues, not so.much...We will not be returning to this location.

Several issues with this establishment. To start with issues regarding the employees. There is no AC behind the line. Employees are forced to loose hours and forced to sit in the lobby area until it gets busy. I am no Lawyer, but i know that must be illegal. Furthermore, i overheard there is no hot water. How are they properly washing and sanitizing dishes? Now, regarding the customers..When i ordered a club sub (their number eight) which comes with bacon i noticed that it was sitting on a warmer which was not on (you can easily tell bc the bacon grease was no longer liquid), not okay! Also when employees accidently drop any of the meats or cheese (life happens , people make mistakes) , they simply rinse them off in the sink. Are the owner(s) simply this cheap, i do not blame the employees in any way considering they were most definitly taught this behavior. I am very dissappointed with this bussiness. To end on a positive note the food was good and the employees even better.

Completely botched my moms order, the guy even repeated the order back to her and still messed it up. Everything she said leave off, he put extra and everything she said to add he left off. Then when my mom called to discuss the problem the young girl working was so rude, arguing what my mom ordered, and hung up on my mom and then refused to answer the phone when she called back. I didnt want to leave a bad review and wanted to discuss with someone first. I called the manager who comments on all of these reviews first to see if he would provide some resolution and at least give some feedback, but he never returned the call.
