Nancy was the listing realtor for our Dream home in Cape Coral a few years ago. My husband and I were so impressed with her services, knowledge of the area, wealth of information (concerning services in the area) and her promptness in returning calls/emails, that we purchased two additional investment properties from her. She is the type of person that is not happy unless her client is happy. She is thorough and does not leave anything unanswered. We did not move to Florida for several years after our purchase, yet I knew if I needed a resource (lawn care, pest control, pool maintenance, etc.) I could count on her for referrals. Even now, she is my go to person for all things Cape Coral. She is a realtor you want on your side! I highly recommend her to all my friends, and they have all been impressed with her services.
