Susan has ruined me, no other agent I have used can compare. She works hard, knows the market and is generous with her decorator talent. We worked with Tammy Turner and couldn't be happier. That lady is a miracle worker! In less than 2 days she helped us locate our retirement dream home. She worked tirelessly for that 48 hour period to find us exactly what we wanted! She is extremely professional, organized a lot of fun to spend 2 days in the car with! She was completely in tune with our needs and provided us with valuable information as we searched. She has an amazing work ethic and is very knowledgeable about the Cape area. Submitted an online inquiry seeking assistance to obtain information about Cape Coral. Was quickly contacted by Jennifer Raby, but that's where it fell apart. Found a property I liked and asked for input and to obtain comps. Received an email about Chinese drywall, but no valuable information as to value of the property I wanted to submit an offer. Property went Pending before she could even respond. Had told her I would be coming down the following weekend to look at properties, but have not heard back from her. She's either too busy, or not a full-time agent. Either way, I have to buy something soon, and she's not interested in helping me find a house. Very unprofessional!

I don't know where to start. My husband needed a realtor to to sell his home, after a not so great experience, with another realtor. We found Susan...from the initial phone call, she listen to our concerns, told us what she could do to sell our home, and she did NOT disappoint! She professionally staged the house, made constant contact via text and voice phone calls, so he was never out of the loop, or wondering in silence. Susan is a consummate professional, she quickly responded with all documents even during the uncertainty of COVID19, we had a flux of buyers, and the home was under contract within 48 hours (really less). From start to finish, Susan made the process of selling the home a breeze. If you need a realtor, in Lee County, then Susan is the one!
