Ceno Grille

Went in at 445 for an eggplant Parmesan sub. Theirs are delicious. Was told I couldn't get one past 4 because they put lunch products away. Eggplant is on the dinner menu, made no sense to me why the couldn't get a roll. Would have bought dinner entree and slapped on the roll myself. Instead they turned a paying customer away. Makes no sense to me as a business owner why you would want to lose a patron over a hoagie. I did discover the Papa Joe's has slamming eggplant though. Good luck.

I've had their lasagna several times it was delicious. (Eating in) Got lasagna to go and I got the worst piece of lasagna it was not fresh at all barely any sauce and they put two mozzarella slices and just slapped it on top very disappointed . maybe a new cook

We used to go to Cenos grill 2-3 times a week and have always had a decent experience. Good food and the wait staff is fabulous. The manager, not so much. Tonight was an escalated experience which the manager showed where customers rate, at the bottom. We had a table outside and the sun was bright so we moved an umbrella. The manager came reeling out and BARKED you cannot move that, put it back. Claiming it was blocking the walkway. There were many other ways for her to handle this other than putting the customer on the defense. She continues to argue and was incredibly rude. A major B. A large party came in and she seated them next to us. Placing a chair where the umbrella was. I mentioned to the manager that the umbrella was not ok but a chair for another customer was? She started to tell me how rude my husband was. This was the manager! She was going overboard for the table next to us. Come to find out it was one of the owners of the restaurant. The table was smoking heavy and blowing it into our table on purpose as the manager said something to them about us. There are so many options to eat in Cape Coral. This does not need to be one of them. George, your establishment sucks with this manager. She is NOT customer oriented and incredibly rude. My $ will be spent elsewhere. Unfortunate. I enjoyed my quick trip from Cape Harbour and will be sure to share with my neighbors. Run fast away from Ceno! However, if you want amazing customer service RUN to Cape Coral Creamery. Rebecca the owner is a 10!!!
