Ive been here once and was sent to get additional tests completed. Radiology sent these results and Im still waiting over six weeks later for a doctor to call me back. The phone number doesnt work and all it does is give you an email to a billing department which they dont answer emails either. This place is a total scam. Radiology office also said they dont have typical information on the prescription that normal offices have. Stay away!

On several occasions they DO NOT follow up! It's a joke going into this facility. I'm a cash patient. For the first few visits they had me to pay after my visit. Now, no matter how many patients are in the lobby they DEMAND your payment!! On a couple different occasions my pharmacy sent them emails on my prescriptions NO reply!! I then followed up and still NO reply until after a couple of phone calls. I've been in the medical field for years and I have never seen a Dr.'s office ran like this. Two of the ladies working there are rude! I called in last Thursday for Diana to get me a cheaper med . NO reply once again. 12/2. On 12/7/21 I called in again and I was told their computers were broke!!! As of today NO follow up and still NO prescription called in and my one medication is about to expire!!

The worse Dr office I have ever been to. I was told they took my insurance but when I came in they wanted money. I was having sharp pains when I took a breath, I had shortness of breath, they made an appointment for two days later at another facility. The worst patient services I have ever seen. That office should be closed.
