        Uneducated, helpless agents. Every time you need anything, they dont know what to do. I had to call the insurance company for instructions and then call the agent back to tell them what the insurance company required. I moved all my policies away from this agency. Run, dont walk!!

        I have had a stress free experience with my initial claim with Castle Key/All-State. Not finished yet but hope to make progress soon. Good contractors are hard to find and GOD willing everything will end greatly. Patience is a virtue... CM Davis
