On Saturday 6, April/2024 at 8:53 p.m I arrived at restaurant in Cape Coral,33909 zip code in the company of my husband, after waiting for 10 minutes to be attended, they asked us for the phone number and that there were no tables available, being the place with tables available, a couple arrived after us and they gave him a table, I think that people like Keyli, should not attend the public if they do not have the preparation to do it. I'm leaving in search of another better option. I have been a customer of the place for more than 15 years, they should maintain the quality that has always characterized them, choosing their employees well would be a good option, and teaching them education when they work with the public

Amazing everything And the food is so fresh and delicious. The servers are very kind and friendly super attentive, they are so quick to bring out your food.

It's been over a decade since I've eaten in a Chili's...well, for similar reasons that I'm writing this review.
The service...
The waiter & hostess were both very kind, and reasonable with requests. Although, he seemed to know not to ask how our food was, not did he follow through with a simple condiment request...more on that later. While he didn't offer any beverage refills, he was right on them when requested.
The food...
I decided to play it safe with a burger & that turned out to be the best option, based on what I saw elsewhere. It was a basic double cheeseburger w/ the usual stuff on it that you would expect. It was served with fries that were made fresh but way over seasoned with salt & their seasoning rub. The burger was good, but not almost $18 good.
My mom ordered a chicken and shrimp fajita meal which had a few issues...but she was reluctant to send back. She didn't want to make a fuss & only ate a small part of it. From what I could see...the onions & peppers looked water-logged, cold & reheated, dripping in oil. (I was a bit angry for her, but we had a long day...so I didn't say anything either). The fixings (sour cream, cheese & salsa - or whatever the tomato stuff was, were sadly so small...she had to ask for more salsa or limes to flavor the bland chicken... The waiter returned with 3 lime slices, that was it. I could go on, but I digress.
The restrooms...
I can only speak about the men's, and I mention it only because it was quite filthy. The floors were soaked in urine where you have to stand, the stall - someone didn't bother to flush, the sinks were dirty & there were papers all over the floor. At least they did have automated paper towel dispensers that worked.
Overall...
The people were nice, the burger was good - but not a good value at all. The meal for two people was just over $63, with tip & two iced tea's.
No...we won't be back for at least another decade.
