Beware if you use fidelity and THEY make a clerical error they will force you to pay the added fees that wouldnt of happened if they did there job right the first time. They charge 10s of thousands in closing costs but yet can't cover there mistakes and charge the home owner. They refuse to work with you on mistakes they make in return costing me more money it shouldn't have.

Beverly was good to us the day of signing to buy our home. HOWEVER, when we were informed to write the check out to "them"for paying off the assessments we were lied to and stolen from! We were told an estimated amount and that fidelity would pay the city for us, if we paid more they would cut us a check for the difference, that was Sept of 2021! It's now 5 months later with confirmation from the city we should have been paid that we are yet to get our money back!!!!! Beverly who should be taking care of us will not return our calls for 3 months now calling daily. DO NOT USE THEM! they hold your money to gain interest off your money!
