Hi Denise - Thank you for your feedback. Here’s how to save some $$$ money with us and how we base our prices. For every dollar you spend at Cape Cleaners you accumulate 1 point. When you reach 500 points you earn a $25.00 credit (that’s a 5% discount). We also offer a 5% discount for pre-payment if you pay when you drop off. You can combine both for a 10% savings overall. In addition, we discount for Veterans and active military, police, fire and other first responders, school teachers, and employees of Lee Health. If you are eligible for any of those, please let us know. Our focus, and therefore our pricing, is based on quality, service, and a commitment to our community. We use the best detergents and additives available. We use American-made products whenever available, including our hangers. We have well-maintained, up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment (and the newest Dry Cleaning machines in the Cape), and we pay our staff better than average, resulting in very low turnover with a staff that truly cares. On the rare occasions when we have a less-than-desirable outcome, or an item gets damaged, we will redo or replace the item at our cost without making excuses. We support our community with free services to the downtrodden and frequent donations to charitable organizations. While all of that adds up, it makes us the very best Dry Cleaner / Laundry Service in Cape Coral as evidenced by our many, many awards and hundreds of 5-star reviews. I am very proud of our Team, our work, and our reputation, and I would never jeopardize any of that by cutting corners.
