I was charged with something I didn’t do and was forced to retain a lawyer to defend myself. I knew nothing about the system, how courts operated or even how a trial goes. Lucky for me I picked the right lawyer to help me out! James is very knowledgeable at his profession and has an attitude that lets prosecutors know he isn’t playing games with them. He is smart and communicated well with the judge, jury, and witnesses to get the point across and to prove my innocence! I wanted someone willing to fight and argue for me, and to not back down to the state as I was innocent!! The jury found me not guilty and I got what I was looking for in James. This is amazing! I just got my case result that they can drop and then get it dismissed with only community service and court fine. No record!! Definitely beyond my expectation! James is the best attorney. He is professional, hardworking, brilliant and wonderful to work with. His guidance and expertise helped give our family a positive outcome. He can provide comedic relief when necessary and is a family man. My family was able to focus on our day-to-day and sleep better at night knowing James was working on the case.
