Wish I can give it no stars....Okay I just have to post something because im sick of listening to the once upon a child radio ad they have playing on 103.9 Claiming that they will review your items and you will walk out of their same day with cash for your items. First off they don't do the same day anymore. They're probably at a 2 to 3 day. Wait, you have to drop your stuff off there and hope to God. You get your stuff back when you go to pick it up 3 days later!!! The last time and final time I took my stuff there when I went back And they purchased nothing which I knew there were things in there that could have been purchased, They also gave me back someone else's little bike that I did not bring myself so number one. Their radio ad is a lie number 2. They give you bare minimum for their items that they if they purchase them, which they barely purchase any. You're way better off posting online or hitting up the other consignment store in Fort. Myers trust me this place is such a ripofff do not go there No, nothing against the staff that worked there cause. I'm sure it's not their fault. Because they're all nice and usually very nice when I'm in there. But after years and years of this store i finally had enough do urself a favor and take the. Extra 30min drive to the other kid consignment store in the forum in.Fortmyers ... And no I do not work at that store. I have just had 100% positive feedback and self experience there.

Extremely organized store with so much merchandise. Found lots of Christmas gems for my little one and sold a few items I otherwise would have just donated. The staff was super helpful and friendly in the buying and selling process.

If I could give a 0 ranking I would SOLELY due to the rude and beyond unprofessional staff. Such a shame because the store is actually nice and pretty full and organized. Ive been several times and never have had a good experience with the staff.
