My partner and I purchased a 2006 Mako from Dan at Boater's Paradise. We took it to our mechanic for routine maintenance so we could start off from scratch on a good note. He reported problems with the engine. We took it back to Boater's Paradise and after checking it they confirmed that were major problems with the Suzuki engine which could not be identified by a simple compression check. To make sure of their findings, they sent it out for a second opinion which was confirmed. Wally (the owner) could have told us that it was not their problem, but he didn't... He gave us the option of putting a newer motor on it for no charge, or he would take the boat back. We ended up re-powering with a new engine, to which Wally worked with us favorably at his cost. I am totally satisfied with the treatment and cooperation we received from Boater's Paradise. They stand behind their product and treat the customer with respect and fairness.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a $75,000 boat on December 28th 2021, everything went fine until after I took delivery. Had a few issues on the sea trial, live well pump didn't work, stereo was only letting me use the Bluetooth mode, but the big issue was the Garmin, this did not work at all. Boaters Paradise did promptly send John from Cape Coral Marine Electronics to take a look. John did some trouble shooting and diagnosed a bad transducer on the trolling motor that was shorting out the system, he unplugged it from the Garmin and was able to get the Garmin to work. John copied me on a message that he sent the owner "Wally" stating to replace the transducer the cost would be $1500 plus labor. The owner replied "No problem for now. Will advise" I have been to the boat yard at least six times since, the salesman Danny, promised me that the owner would get in touch with me to discuss any options, but as of this posting I still haven't heard from anyone other then the salesman telling me "No one uses a transducer on a trolling motor in the cape, they always break". When I purchased the boat, they told me that they were a standup company, being in business for 25 years, they also said that the boat was owned by them, but it seems like they used my money to pay it off, because its been 71 days since I took delivery and the boat still is not registered. The salesman stated on Feb 19th he finally had the title in his hand and it would be registered on Feb 21st, I haven't heard from anyone since. There are many boat dealers in the area, I suggest shop around, be wary of these guys

We had a great experience at boaters Paridise! After boat shopping all day we were pleased to meet Johnny who showed us several boats on the lot. After a lot of discussion we decided on a new blazer bay 2700 hybrid. From the moment we signed the papers, Johnny and crew went to work on getting it outfitted. Even with the difficulty of getting parts, they had it ready when promisedJohnny checked in everyday with updates, made recommendations when needed and was awesome to work with!

Weve stopped twice now at Boaters Paradise and Johnny I can say definitively is our go-to guy and he should be yours. Friendly, personable and most helpful in our hunt for information and parts on our 2010 Avalon LS1900. He took the time to understand our needs, validate some some other work we were having done and to reach out to Avalon Pontoons to see if we could order what we needed. When we learned we couldnt get a specific part, he suggested some alternatives that we will explore. As first time pontoon owners, we bought an older Avalondidnt want to worry about first-timer knicks and dings. When we decide to upgrade, we will certainly make Johnny at Boaters Paradise our first stop. Thanks Johnny from Denise and Angela.
