    Cara DiMarzo is either incompetent and doesnt understand her job or she is unethical and intentionally misrepresented what underwriting said. Her customer service is poor. Definitely do not recommend using her as an agent.

    Im very pleased how well Chapman Inc helped in recovering all of my loss during hurricane Ian I only had to end up paying my deductible. They we there to help me any time I had an issue. I would highly recommend them as a great Inc Company

    Filled out a request for an insurance quote on Friday morning on their website. Says someone will get right back to you. I called Friday afternoon since I hadnt heard anything and most places for insurance give you instant quotes and I explained I was checking up on my requested quote. The guy says he will find my inquiry and get back to me. I never did receive any email or call back from my original online inquiry nor did the guy I spoke to ever call me back. I decided to give them one more opportunity to get my business and called their office and it did a cycle of their automated lady saying someone will be right with me. Spoiler alert, it went to a voicemail and I never got to speak to a person. This is all before they even had my business which is a huge red flag that they wont be responsive when they already have your money and showing how theyll be if you have a problem and I need a company who will be there when you need it. I wont be considering them in the future.
