        Our family move to Cape Coral a couple years ago. Our daughter was 5 when we left family and friends to start over which was very heartbreaking for her. We wanted to find a place for her to take her mind off the move and to grow. After a couple of calls to other martial arts locations we found the Kontrol Room Martial Arts dojo. Our daughter WAS shy, quiet and nervous. Coach Jack, Russ and Xio were the first coaches we met and they welcomed us to the KR family. We were told how the KR training would help build confidence, discipline, respect, self respect, leadership, endurance and much more. Our daughter has now been involved at the dojo for over a year now and has flourished. We have seen our daughter transform into a leader with the help of the Kontrol Room staff and students. We are happy to be part of the KR family.
