They say someone sprays the property for bugs and cockroches once a week but no one has ever Sprayed ever since I moved in... and their are 1000s of them.. from tiny to massive.. my place is clean and pet free so what seems to be the problem, where is this spray guy at, huh??

I lived at Courtenay Apartments on Merritt Island on the 1st floor for 20 years. The landlord/slumlord is a lying, greedy man. They all lie in management. It took 10 years to finally get a new sliding glass door replaced. They lie about everything. They say they will fix something for you & they promise but don't keep promises. This place sucks.

Getting in contact with anyone is nearly impossible. I have called emailed and left several messages about my deposit and get no response. I will be pursuing legal action if I do not get a response promptly. The entire time I was there pest control only came once in two years and that was never addressed there was a hole in my ceiling in several parts of my apartment they just laid a piece of 2 x 4 with mold and water leaking through and didnt care though I have a small child that lived with me I just want my deposit back I kept the property as well as I moved in I will continue to reach out the and then Im going to file for suite
