They worked it into their schedule to come out right before Thanksgiving since my kitchen sink was backing up so I could have dinner at my house. I am so grateful for their thorough work as well!

Beware...actual cost was 20% higher than original quote. Why? Apparently they added a charge while the plumber walked to and from their vehicle. They then acted obtuse, couldn't or wouldn't understand why I might be upset at the high charge. Avoid. Service: Toilet installation

Came out to look at a leak on my neighbors ceiling below me. Niki removed the neighbors ceiling and spent an hour trying to identify the leak. Ran our shower for 30 minutes and couldn't find anything. She then removed the caulk around our center shower drain, removed the drain completley and then plugged the drain hole with a rag. She plugged it and filled it up with water which now created a leak. The original leak was not near the drain and was against the wall. Tried to tell me that I had to have my entire shower pan ripped out and replaced. Building has had leak issues from the roof during heavy rains over the years and not to mention the shower we had installed new less than 2years ago. Charged $300 to create a leak and created new damage. Definitely a company that creates themselves jobs at the customers expense. Service: Plumbing leak detection
