Shocking bad service. 1. Didnt get it done by the time promised. 2. Gave us SOMEBODY ELSES IPAD when we picked it up. 3. Did a horrible job replacing the screen. Cost us $230 to undo the damage.

Honest and capable. Quick and inexpensive. This is the only place I take my phone. The guy is well qualified.

Heres the series of events when bringing in a cracked iPad screen (only cracked touchscreen glass, the internals were fine) We bring it in Tuesday afternoon and ask if itll be done Wednesday because were flying out of town Thursday. They say yes itll be done Tuesday. We call Tuesday early evening to see if its ready. They say no itll be ready Wednesday by 9:30 am. Wednesday at 9:30 am we go to pick it up. They say its not ready yet. One hour later its ready at 10:30 am. We get home and as were leaving for the airport at 10:40 we realize they gave us the wrong iPad. We rush back to iTeck to get the right one. They give us the right one and theres dried crusty glue all over the sides of the glass thats impossible to peel off. UPDATE: just 2 weeks later, the home button is loose and no longer works. Well be taking it to an Apple Store to fix all the issues iTeck caused
