We were referred to our realtor Kara Baker through realty plus. Kara was excellent to work with, she showed us about eight homes in one day and we fell in love with one at the beach. Kara is extremely knowledgeable about the area and understands the market trends and really listens to what the buyers needs are. She is also very attentive in getting everyone in line including your own lender, title company, and inspectors, etc. She was a great negotiator when it came to dealing with the seller and got us to the finish line as promised. You really cant go wrong with Kara from Coldwell Banker, she truly is the best!

Kara is the best real state agent you could hope for. She takes the time to learn you and what you are looking for. She is responsive to all your questions and makes the process pain free. From this point forward we will only do business with her. She also has a kind and caring personality. And anybody that she recommends will also be just as knowledgeable and responsive.
