        Thought they did an awesome job. Had a second job for them to do on my camper spoke to the guy twice and he never put me on his schedule I ended up using a different camper repair service however I still would have preferred to use this man

        Worth every penny. Knowledgeable, super kind in answering all my newbie questions, conscientious with time. Always gave me honest assessments, which is really appreciated since I have a 1995 Class C! They have been to my house 3 times and I will continue to recommend and use them! Do yourself a favor and book them for your next RV assessment and repair!

        Camping at Crooked River State Park. Our awning lights died our first night here. Called my guy mobile and he told us he could come to our campsite the following Tuesday. We called him the Tuesday before. Today, Tuesday he called and said he wasnt going to be able to come to us because of Previous obligations. When asked if he could come here by Friday he told us he wouldnt be able to come at all. Wish he wouldve told us that to begin with. Not very professional.

      Thank you for your review. Now for the facts of the matter. I did schedule you for the afternoon appointment for Tuesday. I did not have previous obligations I had more issues on the first appointment of the day that made the call longer than expected. It was a decision that I made to cancel or reschedule your appointment to make sure that a family with children had AC in their RV before I left them to go repair awning lights. So I do not feel that was unprofessional. The fact you were leaving Friday I had to make the decision to tell you I was not going to be able to fit you in that time frame. When I received the “my wife will leave you a 1 star review “ text message I was glad that I didn’t rearrange my whole schedule to fit you in. I finished out the week helping some grateful people. .
