This bank is a good bank until it isnâ€™t. Going on three weeks trying to get a visa debit card that actually works. And I am so sick and tired of hearing them say we are sorry

My parents and I all have accounts at Vystar. My father recently passed away and Chris Zech went out of his way to be compassionate and helpful. His boss, Rodney Tonge was a powerful aid to help Chris do his job when we encountered some difficulty. So many people we have dealt with, just do their jobs but with no compassion . My Mom lost her partner and husband of 51 years and deserved better service than the girl at Vystar over the phone provided. But Chris and Rodney made it better. Thank you very much!

ATM broken. Sat in line at the drive through for 40 min on a Tuesday. I was 2nd in line. Slow slow slow slow slow.

Will close your account if it sits dormant. Then they will literally steal your money for â€œfeesâ€ on the way out. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Customer no service thieves. Take your money to a real bank.

Only VyStar I know of that closes the lobby because of Covid. Stuck waiting in drive thru for a hour.
