        My husband and I went to pick up our medications from CVS, Callahan. Well, the girls name is SHELBY. She is very rude. Has no professional approach at all. She has the worst customer service. She cut you try to talk to her. You can't ask her a question because will interrupt you. Very very very rude upon approach. Very poor customer service.

        If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst pharmacy customer service. Waited all day on pain medication that I desperately needed after a surgery this morning. First they told me they never received Rx. I had to have my Doctor call twice. Finally, at 4:50pm after two trips up there and multiple calls tell us they dont have it in stock. This could have been relayed to the Doctor or myself much earlier. We will be switching all our Rx to Walgreens Also, never anyone up front to check you out anyway! Good grief!
