The Barn at Mazak Ranch

Nice place but you are told to give a damage deposit of $1000. I didnt complain. My day was very rainy and owners cannot understand that it would take a little bit more to clean up people needed to bring their trailers close up so that their stuff wouldnt get wet, including speakers, and stuff that was used for decoration, I was told I was gonna be charged $400 for the extra hour. I ended up bringing the trash home because it was raining. I left the venue at 1:45 and was charged $800 for apparently being there more than an hour. I was also told that they were going to charge me a five hour cleaning fee from a couple of bottles being thrown on the ground. We cleaned the bathrooms and ran through the whole venue. Owner didnt understand our explanations we said sorry beautiful place but please know that you will not always be refunded youre $1000. We also got many complaints from the owner for it being too loud, and that there was neighbors complaining when there is really no neighbors around you I was threatened that the police was gonna come and they never showed up. Heres a picture of what was to be a big mess and was charged five hours of cleaning.

My DJ company, King Entertainment Events (Orlando, FL) performed a wedding at The Barn at Mazak Ranch over the weekend, and the staff was top-notch. We provided sound for the ceremony, uplights, monogram and DJ Services. From the moment we got there until we left, it was 5-star service across the board. Our load-in was super easy, and the staff was very accommodating. Great experience!
