R & K Roofing just completed a full roof job on my house they were very professional took great care in not damaging my landscape roof looks great and there clean up was awesome making sure there were no nails left that my dog could step on I highly recommend them Service: Roof damage repair

We are very pleased with our new roof installation. Work was done in time frame we were given. Was a pleasure working with Mike and meeting the owner, Ken. Mike kept us up to date on everything and explained all of the products/quality being used. Hard and knowledgeable workers.... Would recommend this company ... after 7 years one of the end caps came out, found it while cleaning the gutters, we took it to RK and asked if they had some we could have to replace the one that fell out. They didn't use that type any longer but would check into it. A few days later got a call saying they had the new end caps and would be sending someone out to install the new ones. (all 4) No charge, part of their quality of service. Thank you ...

I am highly impressed by the exceptional service provided by this company. Upon encountering roofing issues and navigating insurance complexities upon moving into our new residence, we promptly engaged their services. The entire process, from roof replacement to insurance coordination, was executed seamlessly. Notably, their professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication stood out throughout the engagement. In particular, I must commend John Edwards for his outstanding dedication and professionalism. His consistent communication via various channels, be it in-person meetings, text messages, or emails, ensured a smooth progression at every stage. Furthermore, when our home was unfortunately struck by a tornado approximately a year later, their swift response was remarkable. Within an hour of reaching out, a team was on-site to mitigate further damage by promptly tarping the affected area. During the assessment by the insurance adjuster, John's expertise shone through as he meticulously ensured that all damages were accurately documented. Despite the inherent stress accompanying such unforeseen circumstances, the entire process of roof repair and restoration was remarkably streamlined, alleviating much of our anxieties. In conclusion, for any future roofing needs including gutter installation, as we discoveredthey will undoubtedly be our first point of contact. From the first call to R&K till the completion of my roof they were fantastic!! Brandon the sales guy was phenomenal and deserves a raise he stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I did not go through insurance I paid for it myself so it was a huge thing for me and I could not be happier. Cleanup was great as well not one mail was found!! I highly recommend R&K Roofing and I hope Brandon gets a bonus he deserves it!!!
