We had some delaminated wood on the underside roof deck and some lifting ridge vents show up on a home inspection report on one of my listings. The areas needed to be corrected before the buyer could place their insurance for the purchase and proceed with settlement. I found Ortiz Roofing great to work with because: Their quote was a fair price and they used quality products; The work was done correctly and in a very timely manner with a generous Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty; It passed the city's midpoint and final inspections the 1st time around; The site supervisor, Josh, was excellent at keeping me updated on the job status at all times; And Tamara in the front office was very good and responsive in providing the permit final approved documents (which had to be tracked down as Flagler Beach doesn't have an online portal for that) and proof of final payment received. Had this not all come together smoothly and settle on time/delayed the closing, the first time home buyer would have lost her lower interest rate lock. Their correct and timely handling of this entire job allowed the buyer to purchase with peace of mind, get her insurance placed and the settlement to occur on time! Josh came to ck my roof - for cause of leaks- Found the problem- corrected issue- when it's time for new roof- will definitely call them
