It took us 8 months to get our check cleared so that we could accept our estimate. They didnt even know we were working behind the scenes with our insurance company. Wondering why you would spend money on advertising, and then not follow up on a possible sale? I called for an estimate, was told you would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Never got a call back.

John had documentation that provided each step of the work to be performed, also including license and liability insurance information. The shingles are also superior to others that I had interviewed with. It was pleasant to work with a person with integrity. Also the price was great !

John Scott Roofing Review My roof replacement was scheduled for two days. Dec 15th & 16th. (Friday & Saturday) I was concerned. Bad weather was expected on Saturday. High winds and rain. So, I waited for the call from John Scott to reschedule. Their foreman contacted me the day before Friday. Told me they had been working on scheduling and that they would be there on Friday and get the job done one day. I asked, How can you get a two-day job done in one day. He said, Because Im bringing eleven workers. I thought, yeah right. Well see. The next day, 7AM, I awoke to noise on the roof. A lot of it! Eventually I got dressed, went outside, and walked around the house. I counted eleven workers. They finished the job and left at 3:30PM. My point? John Scott is reliable. And none of this up front pay partial amount for the job, wait for the shingles to be delivered (if they get delivered), wait for the workers to show up (if they show up), and if they show, they remove the roof one day and return another day to finish the job (who knows if or when). John Scott himself, provided a presentation of all insurance and licensing certificates, certificates of achievement and an outline of work to be done including: Replace damaged plywood, nail all decking to new hurricane codes, install under lament, (thick adhesive roof covering), install proper ventilation (replaced old ridge vents and added more. Also added several roof vents for those hot Florida days), install drip edge and clean up debris (cleaned all gutters and down spouts). This Friday the inspector comes to take pictures and provide documents to my insurance company. In short, John Scott Roofing is dependable and provides excellent service. Dont use anybody else.
