I found these guys today through a friend that recommended them. I never knew they had a showroom. I needed several parts for my job and Im so glad I came here. Darrell was extremely helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and got me taken care of quickly. I will definitely be back the next time I need plumbing parts.

We are a local nonprofit, and unfortunately, this business has cost us time, money and a lot of frustration. As other reviews have mentioned, the scheduling is the worst I've ever been part of. After multiple calls, I have to give my name and address each time, and very few times will they remember that we have multiple service requests in whatever poor system they have of recording them. Technicians have installed equipment incorrectly, promises of phone calls never happen, to name a few. I generally do not complain, and I have been extremely patient over the last 3 years, but we will never use them again. Owner is a kind person, but please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I waited two weeks for an appointment. The day the appointment came I called in the morning to see what time frame the tech would be out. They dont give you a time frame but did confirm the tech had us on his schedule for the day. I waited at home ALL day. My husband finally called again late in the afternoon and he was told the ticket for our job was misplaced and they wouldnt be coming. I called in the morning thinking they would make it right and send someone first thing or at least that day. They said the tech called twice. Different story than we got when my husband called. Then she changed the story again and said she also called. I asked if anyone left a voicemail and confirm that my number was correct. She said she was unable to leave a vm and didnt know if the tech did or not. I never received ANY calls or messages while sitting at home with my volume up and phone with me all day. She told me the next available would be another weekwe wont be going back or waiting. I wanted to use a local small business and they had been friendly up to that point but never came to do the work.

The owner was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the things I would need to replace my bathroom sinks.

First time reaching out to this company. Receptionist. wanted to get information. She told me a Technician. would call with in 24 hours. Not a call back!!
