        They are completely rude when I asked for boba pearls to they did not put boba pearls I clearly stated I want boba pearls they put no boba pearls in my taro tea the next time I came on they said want any toppings in a rude voice because we remember the last time you did I not say you wanted a topping when I clearly did they were rude to me for a mistake on there end not even my fault it was a mistake going there again yesterday when they were rude to us we wont be back anytime soon we will done another place to get boba tea even if it is far away they lost a customer they are so rude dont recommend going there never again dont go here stuff is over priced for bad service DONT GO HERE than is rude to me and lies to me when responds blames us for there misunderstanding lost our business for good

      Hi. We asked so many times your son that does he want add any topping as regular boba. At first, he said yes and then when it showed $0.75 extra for the topping he said no, so we are just charge for regular drink. When he received his drink he got mad, throwed the straw in the front of me, that was hurt my feeling. For me, it is super rude for me. Then you asked for if we can add boba for him. Yes, we had to use another cup, put boba ( no charged you, right?). Everything costs. But it is okay. Have you ever called us best services to do that? I thought the second time, you know it right? But no, you still said no boba, my employees didn't know, but I wanted to make sure he wants boba or not. That is why I had to confirm.
