    For my wedding I used Westover's Flowers & Events and all I can say is my heart dropped when my stunning arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres arrived. Madison was excellent to work with and made sure I got everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much!

    Popped into Westovers around 1015 on a Thursday morning to ask for a fresh bright gift. The absolutely lovely staff guided me to the beautiful premade selection in the refrigerator but they just werent quite what I was looking for. NOT A PROBLEM! They masterfully created something more colorful and organic while I barely had time for a lap around the shop. I choose the wooden box as the vase - love the thought of reusing later. Westovers allows you to choose the price before they make the arrangement as well so there are no surprises. Two very happy people - both me and the recipient. Thanks Westovers.

    Needed to order flowers to be delivered so I picked a local store to support them directly rather than go through a 3rd party company. After going through the motions of selecting flowers, and them taking all my credit card info, they refused to place my order insisting I WAS indeed a 3rd party vendor. I tried to explain repeatedly and even verify that I wasnt and indeed local but their initial friendliness ended quite abruptly. Westover Flowers, in todays world, dont be kind be kinder and less judgmental. I believe in giving people / businesses a second chance. I need to place this order before noon tomorrow with the next local florist in Brooksville if you want to reach out and rectify. You have my number. Update: You misheard me, I acknowledged YOU were a flower shop when you called and even told you, I think you guys tried to call me. What order gatherer that is local, orders flowers and then has you sign their OWN name on the actual card. Think Westover, think.

    Tricia and Westover flower provided flowers for Caroline Smith's wedding at Southern Hills Plantation in Brooksville, Florida on Saturday February 24. 2024. All of the flowers provided, for the the outdoor wedding, and at the reception were absolutely beautiful. Tricia guided the bride and her family in the over all design. and the execution of all the individual pieces by her team was simply outstanding. The family received many compliments on all the flowers from the guests attending the wedding. Westover Flowers and Events exceeded all our expectations. The pricing structure was more than fair for the fine product provided. I would without hesitation recommend Westover of any wedding or event!!

    Website says we love little people but should have a sign outside that says no children allowed. This review is strictly for the childrens boutique part of the business. My daughter and I just started collecting Jellycats together, she is almost 2 and loves stuffies so we stopped in and bought 3 today. With that being said, we were between two that we werent sure about, and ultimately bought them both. While we were looking, we were hovered over by a shorter older woman who repeatedly asked would you like me to wrap those up for you as we were clearly looking. Working in customer service I know that means buy this so you dont steal it or buy it so you stop touching it. There is a sign, very small and on a small nightstand type dresser in the corner of the room saying to please not touch or play with the toys or stuffies. what child is not going to touch a stuffed animal to look at it before we buy it. After we made our purchase, we were waiting for our table at the cafe and went back to the stuffy room as the rest of the store is all glass. We were waiting for so long that they were getting restless. So my 1 year old sat on the floor with a small Jack in the box. We were out of the way and quiet, not touching anything else or breaking anything. The woman came back again asking if we wanted to buy it. I said no we made our purchase but are just trying to keep the kids content while we wait so they dont run out or break anything in the shop. To which the woman said would you want to play with a toy another child has already played with? Then proceeded to tell me how I should just give her one of the stuffed animals I had already purchased her rather than taking things of the shelf. I said, out of respect I was keeping them in the bag so no one would thing I was stealing as you have repeatedly trying to wrap up what we were looking at. Shouldnt have a business where you cant touch anything or have a room dedicated to kids things that kids are not allowed to go in. If I ever go back I wont try to keep my child occupied so they dont break anything.

Sir, we called your phone number, you put my employee on hold , and my other employee asked if this was a flower shop, and you said “ yes”. We will not accept your order. My employee could hear other people on the phone in the background. We have learned to recognize “ order gatherers”… please feel free to try another shop. Hi Ms. Baker,I am so sorry you felt like you had a bad experience at the Hawkins House last Saturday. I have had my shop for 43 years and have never had such a bad review. I take all input very seriously and was extremely alarmed by your accusations. While it is my hope that all our customers feel welcomed and enjoy their experience, I have turned to our security cameras to see what exactly occurred. After watching I stand behind my employees for their actions. In the video I can see one of the children climbing onto our consultation table and pulling on the nursery mobile hanging from the ceiling while the adult is on her phone. The children are on the floor playing with merchandise and other customers are having a hard time navigating around them. I also saw the children playing with a jack in the box on the floor at the entrance to our boutique, playing tug of war as to which will wind it. Our Children’s Boutique is not a play zone, we carry high end gifts to be purchased. It was unfair to the kids to make them wait over 45 minutes in a confined area that is full of children’s merchandise. If you return to our business and have to wait for seating for lunch, we suggest you wait outside in our grassy area so the children can play freely and they won’t be tempted.That being said, I am turning this over to Google to have them review this and to see this is not a valid one star.Sincerely,Tricia BechtelheimerOwner
