First, Id like to point out that residents were offered a measly 15$ off the next months rent for a good Google review so. Upon moving out of my unit we cleaned thoroughly and made the space better than how we found it. I understand how it goes, nobody gets their entire deposit back. What was owed to us was 2,350$ what we actually got back was 557.50$. We were excellent tenants and the owner has even thanked us for being so. The office manager, Pamela verified verbally with us about Februarys rent having been paid upon moving ( last month) but the 1175$ plus a late fee of 150$ was taken from our deposit FOR FEBRUARY. Pamela has been kept apprised of our situation which included no forwarding address at the moment due to hardships yet insisted on a forwarding address to which we recommended the unit address where we could go back and get our check. Pamela said there are policies which prevent her from doing this yet she did it unbeknownst to us and then notified us of our check being at the post office on the verge of being sent back to her. The first attempt at delivery was March 2nd, we finally received it March 28th 1390$ short of what we expected. Even with verbal verification of February, Pamela still took out that money. I understand mistakes are made however the way this whole situation transpired made me feel as though the mistakes were intentional and with malice. This is not only about the money but the communication with Pamela has been extremely uncomfortable and demeaning. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values integrity and has a moral compass. Yaniv, who is the owner, had always been gracious and polite in person but when contacted by us about these issues, he clearly communicated he wants nothing to do with the tenant problems.

Pamela is amazing! She made the process of moving in so easy! She's so sweet and caring and worked around my schedule!

I was looking for a apartment in and around the Tampa area, and I saw Pamela on FB I was very nervous because I had bad experiences with apartments in Fl before which cause me to break the lease with one apartment because it was not safe for my daughter to live there. When I going through with the paperwork for the apartment, I am now living I was calling Pamela all the time, a nervous wreck, she was always attentive and patient, and truthful . Whatever problems I had she was right there willing to help. She is a really very nice person.

I just moved in the beginning of February and it's been a great experience. Pamela was very helpful with everything and the the neighbors are very nice and quiet

It sucks hands down you are lied to from the manger here still no lease people are moving out left and right letting loud cars in here waking us up all hours of the night hell no I would not give this place 5 Stars
