        I was looking for a particular surfboard travel bag, and these guys (Blair) answered my phone calls, and answered the questions I had. After I placed the order, Blair called me and told me that the surfboards I was planning to put in that bag may not fit in it. So I asked to cancel my order and refund me the money, and they did. First time using them, but after an experience like that, I'll definitely consider their website when looking to buy surfing stuff.
