I don't now if this place has new owners or what, but they've officially lost my business after 10 years. Went in this morning for my usual standard oil change. The guy comes out and tells me that my car is overdue for an oil change and that he refused to change the oil unless I purchased a $30 bottle of oil system cleaner. I told him no, but would they still do the oil change. He again refused. So I said goodbye and drove down to Jiffy Lube where they not only expertly performed the oil change, but they told me that a standard oil system clean is only about $20. So I don't know if the guy at Splash thought he could take advantage of me because I'm a woman, but regardless I won't be returning. Next order of business will be writing a 5 star review for Jiffy Lube on Bell Shoals. :)

Good service but didn't top off fluids or check tire pressures. $108.00 I would think they would do what was on estimate. Windshield washer fluid empty. Aired the tires up when o got home. Low air tire light was on when I went in. That's how I check to see if they do what there suppose to do. They didn't!
