Mark Zihmer at Guaranteed Rate Affinity (NMLS #795477)

I didnt have a good experience with Mark and this company. He didnt express any concern or willingness to help with my loan. I was working alongside with another loan officer at the same time as working with Mark, and was able to make far more progress I constantly had to follow up with Mark to check on the status of my loan and what paperwork was needed they lead me on for 2 months just to stop replying to my emails save yourself sometime.

Mark was amazing. He made everything start to finish as smooth as possible. Answered questions and covered everything we needed to know. He was referred to us and highly recommended. When it came to closing day, there were no worries.

Mark Zihmer has made my first home buying process very simple! Mark always returned my calls and text messages within minutes of receiving. If he didn't have an answer for a question right away, he always knew who would have the answers I needed. I feel Mr. Zihmer went above and beyond, his team was awesome and very personable. I appreciate all that you guys have done for me! My husband and I are very grateful!
