        The therapist was fantastic. Corporate stinks!!! On hold for 2 hrs to be told inaccurate info. Been calling & emailing for billing help the last 2 weeks, no accurate responses. Just "we're looking into it." Not, "yes ma'am, the claims were submitted on . Two weeks. Highly unrecommend.

        I would highly recommend Pamela Sanders shes absolutely the best you can tell she really cares about her patients I only gave 4 stars because of the billing department they just cant seem to get their job done properly
