Dr. Chad Polly and his wife Leesa did an outstanding job in formulating a treatment plan for neuropathy. It was a long and slow process but in the long run it was well worth it. They are very honest, personable and sweet couple. I am forever thankful for a job well done.

It has taken me a couple of months to be able to put the words together, but here I go. I am a United States Navy Boatswain's mate veteran. I have worked my body very well in my years. I am a small business owner and operator and I continue to work my body hard. On March 15th, my trailer was struck by a terrible driver while I was in the truck. This brought me in to see Dr.Polley and his extraordinary team. My lower back was hurting like my spine was constantly being compressed like a spring and I had sharp pain sporadically shooting from my hip right side going down my left leg. I couldn't work, I lost all confidence in myself in my own body. All thanks to Dr. Polley and his staff I am back! (no pun intended) I feel renewed, refreshed and I am able to work harder now than I was before the accident. On behalf of myself and my family we cannot thank Dr. Chad polley, Mrs. Lessa Polley and Ms. Francis enough. I will forever be grateful to you all. My customers and most of all my kids and wife now have the best version of myself to enjoy for many years to come!
