Great home health company with professional caregivers who go above and beyond. They are always professional and courteous. A big shout out to PT Pila and nurse Ron. They have become part of our community family. Thanks for all you do, we appreciate you

This place is a joke. Will not get supplies that are requested by Doctor. Nurses argumentative and confrontational When told DO NOT CONTACT continues on with Harassment so legal action in process. Then tells me I cant talk to a supervisor, all this in text message. Also comes to home in street clothes with mask around chin. All documented on security cameras inside and outside home. Now quarentined due to possible Covid Exposure.RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP, ALSO HAS A MEDICARE FRAUD LAWSUIT IN FEDERAL COURT case# 8:15-cv-01044

I wish I'd known how it was going to be before i chose them over my other options. I have been forgotten numerous times, I don't think any of the nurses have been on-time, and rarely do they have supplies with them or have caused me to run out by not ordering enough. I have heard so many excuses I think they are starting to repeat them. I have actually had to refuse a nurse because she has made things worse. They are so desperate for nurses they will take anyone, and are working the ones they have too much that they are getting negligent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I wish there was a star that meant, "Will never do this again". Family member had surgery last week and the staff was due to come and give first bath, complete dressing changes, evaluate drain, communicate with the doctor's office, etc (not all tasks were completed or even offered). Here are the facts, you make your own decision:1) Each day someone came late (usually an hour late give or take)... no explanation or apology.2) Rushed visits ... less than 10 minutes (Camera clocked their going in and leaving).3) Last day staff arrived an hour late after calling the day before and stating they were coming at a certain time. We were pretty much told we could handle the dressing changes ourselves, and the patient was discharged from their care without the staff inspecting surgical site.Bonus facts: Instructed the patient to wear post surgical brace wrong for a whole week post op.I don't know which doctors are choosing them, but I would think twice about this choice. There seems to be a trend. Overworked employees working for an agency that seems to be understaffed that results in dissatisfied customers.

Since this is only day two of my home care, I will relay yesterday's hour. I had to call the office mid afternoon as no on was in touch as to the time of my appointment. Shortly after, the nurse knocked on my door (?) and her first words were " I'm so busy, I really don't have a lot of time" . Actually that was repeated as nauseum. She was constantly on the phone, couldn't answer my questions "because I'm just here to get information. I consolidate upset and told her if she didn't have time for ME, which is why she was in my home, perhaps she should leave. It may have been a bad day for her but as a post surgery person, I think mine wasn't the best I've had, either. She spoke so quickly and how other patients treated her, I again said the focus should be on me. When she finally got her information, she got on the phone regarding some personal needs of mine, the answer was a quick no, BUT nurse Douglas did me a favor of getting some food into my home AND promised not once or twice but three times that she would call their Social Services dept to have them call and she would as well. It is 4:40 and no such phone call. Called them and the phone was OFF. An I happy? So glad to have a couple of day's food I am grateful for that. As I said, it's only day two, the phone is shut off ( wish I had that but of info, no word to a completely anxious person. Perhaps IF they call/ show another time, we will all improve.
