Furniture Distribution Center

My wife and I purchased a couch in earlier this year and payed for the 3 yr extended warranty which is supposed to cover pet damage. Our dog scratched the couch causing damage to the leather and the warranty company is claiming that the top coat is peeling from wear and tear so they are refusing to cover it. If the warranty company is right and its peeling I feel that would be due to poor craftsmanship for it to wear like that in less than a year especially since that side is rarely even used. What make it worse is theres not even a manufacturers warranty to help with that. We are incredibly frustrated and disappointed and will be sure to never purchase from here again.
