I needed a homecoming corsage and boutonnire for my son. Ive never used this florist. Miss Lois spent so much time with me designing the perfect set. I cried when I saw it! His date was thrilled. Her talent was amazing. I want to add photos but its not letting me.

Mike at New Beginnings. He was so attentive. My flowers didn't arrive on the intended date. He made sure to rectify the situation. Mike was AWESOME and attentive. Thank you New Beginnings, she was happy.

My husband ordered a $120 bouquet of red and white roses for me for our anniversary. They did not arrive and thankfully my husband was able to cancel the order the next day. Roses did arrive 2 days later, and just left on our door steps in the heat. (A terrible arrangement!) Needless to say they were all drooping within 24 hours. Such a waste. So very disappointing!

Bought a Corsage and Boutonnire for my sons Sr Prom. The Corsage had roses falling out during pictures and the Boutonnire was missing the pen. This was a very expensive and important piece for my son and the quality isnt there.

** WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ATTNY GENERALS OFFICE FOR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES ** If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a premium bouquet to be delivered today, Valentines Day, for a mother and recent widow. When I learned they had not been delivered around 630 pm, I called to check the status. I spoke to Randy, who told me the best he could do is try to have it made and sent out because they were completely swamped with over 200 orders. I repeated that it was important to me and that if they could not be delivered today, I would like to cancel the order. He repeated (yelled) the best I can do line again. I decided to give it some time. About ten minutes later, I received an email they had been delivered. I thought it was odd but then thought maybe they were just confused/frazzled on a busy day. When I didnt hear from the recipient a few hours later, I called to ask if she received them. She checked outside and couldnt find them. She discovered a voicemail from a missed call with a man letting her know he was trying to deliver the flowers but a male at the house told me you dont live here. He even repeated the correct address in the voicemail. However, there is no male living there as she is a recent widow! He was clearly at the wrong address but the real kicker is the voicemail was left an hour and a half after I received an email saying they had been delivered! Why was that email sent?! I actually called her back to suggest they might be outside and had her excitedly thank me, prior to realizing they werent there! I can think of several ways this could have been avoided, but namely in admitting they took on more orders than they could handle and letting me cancel my order the first time I called. Wish me luck on initiating my first credit card dispute.
