    Rooms: Rooms are ok. Small gas stove is provided. There is provision of a refrigerator, microwave and tv too. Nearby activities: AMC regency mall is at walkable distance where Starbucks is there. For normal groceries dollar tree is available in same mall. Brandon mall is nearby too Food & drinks: No breakfast available here. No meals provided.

    My first room was freshly smoked in. My second room literally looked like there were squatters living there. I was given a pretty nice room to make up for it and after moving in on the second floor, I received a call about an hour later telling me I couldnt have it and needed to move out immediately due to another reservation. I called corporate and was told a GM or the District Manager would call me. No one ever called. Please, avoid the Extended Stay brand at all costs.

    Terrible hotel, loud drunk people all night cockroaches everywhere I have pictures for proof. This is not the first time Ive stayed here but it will definitely be the last. I wish I wouldve took more pictures of the roaches, this is one of those hotels where people live there Aka disgusting please pick somewhere else to stay or you will regret it

    Only reason I gave 1 star is because I have to this place is sooooo dirty like bugs and mold in the showers someone needs to contact the better business bureau. Its a extended stay however its not extended you have to pay for towels and rags from the staff as well as linen therefore its NOT a extended stay Ive never stayed in a hotel that you have to pay for towels,rags,linen including pillow cases they also need to hire new staff or give out drug tests cause some of the staff looks high as a kite dont stay here Noteworthy details: Dont stay here

    I will start with the positives about this hotel... The location seemed central to the things that we did, laundry was nice, and the front desk staff were polite. On to the rooms... they were absolutely disgusting. We walked in and the smell was gross. We ended up getting a scent thing for the room. They don't have pots/ pans/ plates or anything with the room (which was a huge reason that we picked this hotel). You get 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper (we had a 4 person room, so should have came with 4 towels). I had to run to the gas station at 11pm because we were out of toilet paper. BUGS! They were all over the room! I know the south has more bugs, but this was excessive! We killed so many baby-large water bugs. I ended up in urgent care on Easter because of this room. The first morning I woke up with a rash and dots all over my one side. The next morning it was worse. So I had to go and get 2 different meds to just help feel some relief. We will never come back to this hotel again.
