        I explicitly asked if they accepted my insurance before receiving treatment. After a blood draw I asked for a bill to be mailed instead of my cc charged. Now they are trying to bill me $3k instead of my $200 copay, after I received confirmation they accepted insurance! Criminal, will be filing a complaint with the DOI.

        The staff was awesome and the prompt time in getting me looked at was very fast. I think the staff should be shown again how to wrap a broken ankle just in case the person can't get to an orthopedic for awhile. Just so the make shift cast can hold them through to their appt to have it looked at.

        ER put a splint on me for a broken wrist. Splint was too tight the following day. I called if I could come in to have it loosened and was told I would get charged for yet another emergency room visit which was ridiculous. Will never Use again..
