I love living here, the only issues I have is how much water and sewer prices are. Ive even called the billing company to figure why I pay so much for water and sewer and I get the run around. For a 2bd/2bth I shouldnt be paying over $100 when we are barely home during the week. Also paying for pest control that does not come out quarterly is ridiculous, unless I ask for it they dont show up. The gym its not accessible only during business hours. Other than that I dont have any issues with living here. Its quiet and peaceful to me. I still tel my friends that are looking for a place to live to try here first.

Great community! The staff was very friendly answering my questions about floorplan options and the area. I havent been able to visit since Im out of state, so I appreciate all the long phone conversations. Definitely high on my list.

Been a tenant since March. I overly love the women and men in the office. Dog parks family parks and even multiple pools for the whole family. Maintenance has always been on top of things getting to things within minutes.The whole office staff is family oriented, very understanding and informational. Coming home to peace is amazing within itself. Im looking forward to renewing my lease.

The new management team is really getting things done. Tanira and Iyana are very welcoming and willing to help with any concerns. The new maintenance team Rene and Marcus finished all my work orders to the tea. They are really turning around this property. Definitely will be renewing my lease when its up.
